15 weeks!

Hey little bee!

You have been in momma's tummy now for 15 whole weeks. As it turns out you will have lots of friends just a wee bit younger than you. I love hearing about other little bees growing in their momma's tummies! So exciting!

You are one active little bee. Right when momma lays down to sleep you start partying in your little hive. I do not mind though. It makes me dream of the day when you will join our family. I had a dream last week that you were kicking so daddy looked at my tummy to see your kicks. Suddenly we could see your legs. I told daddy that we shouldn't be able to see your legs and then we could see your face and body too. I started to get nervous but daddy said it was ok. So I said ok. But then... you came out of my tummy! You were the size of a full term baby even though you were only 14 weeks. I didn't know what to do so I started nursing you so that you wouldn't have trouble when you were full term. Silly dreams!

We have your name picked out if you are a boy and pretty much if you are a girl too. If you are a baby boy your initials will be L.B.B. And if you are a girl your initials will be L.P.B. Momma still isn't sure if she really wants to know which one you are. Daddy is the one keeping momma strong. While I want to know just to know, it won't really change anything.

This Friday we are headed back to the dr for our 4 month appointment! Can you believe it? I can't! Momma's students still do not know about you. But if you keep growing they will know very soon! ;) Love you little bee!

Your home is growing!

Hi Lil Bee,

We are so excited to see your home growing! That means YOU are growing and healthy! Yay for a healthy little bee!

Lately people have been asking momma where her bump pics are? Until now, your home was still hidden. But as we approach the second trimester it has risen to just below my belly button. It is definitely showing now! It rose so high it is pushing my oven timer out! Just like when your big sister was in there. Here is a picture of mommy this morning at 12 weeks and 2 days. Excuse the messy bathroom! You don't like the smell of ANY cleaning chemicals at all. So, mommy "is forced" to let the bathroom get dirty. ;)

Momma loves you lil bee!

Little Lady Bee or Little Man Bee???

Hey Little Bee!

You were soooo active today. The technichian was trying to measure your neck and you kept squirming and then falling asleep. She was finally able to measure and you ar elooking perfect as can BEE.

We didn't want to find out if you were a girl or boy bee. But, the technichian turned on a better camera (4D) to see you better and we saw more than we wanted to. The doctor even said it looks like you are a boy bee. However, momma did some research. As it turns out, if you are a boy or a girl, your parts would still look the same at this point. So, now I am interested. Now, I don't know if I can go the whole 29 more weeks to see what you are. That is soooo long from now. And I think you are a boy, but I thought big sister was a boy too. So.. who knows.

Your little heart was beating strong. 177 beats per minute!! That is super fast. Faster than sister's heart was even.

We will be back in 4 weeks to hear your little heart but we won't be peaking in next time. You can rest your little head next time.

We love you and can't wait to meet you!

A Cozy Nest for our Little Bee

Hi Little Bee!

Tomorrow I get to look at you again! I hope you will be ready for the camera! Mommy worries so much, and ultrasounds sure do make momma feel better!

I know you are still in there because you make your presence known. Momma is sick almost everyday. I don't mind though. You are just reminding me that you are here to stay. Daddy bought momma some Zantac and that is already helping.

Daddy and I have been talking about what we should name you Little Bee. We have it narrowed down to 3 or 4 if you are a boy bee. But if you are a girl... we still have no idea. That means you are most likely a little lady bee. We will see... the day you decide to join us on the outside.

We have been trying to find a room pretty enough for a little lady bee but still tough enough for a little man bee. We think we have an idea of what we want. Here are the pictures of a room momma saw online and LOVED!

This room looks just PERFECT for our little bee. Momma might change it up just a little bit. But I love this beautiful little baby space. Now momma is on a mission to find some adorable yellow, grey. and white fabrics!
